Cash Rewards are a time-deferred mail-in cash reward given to you by a participating Cash Rewards Merchant (West Coast Realty Group) after you have purchase or sold a home. We've all seen conventional sales promotions like Air Miles, S&H Green Stamps, Cruise Certificate Programs, Money-Off Coupons... Cash Rewards is a similar but revolutionary new promotion that allows you an opportunity to receive up $10,000 for the sale of your home and another $10,000 Cash Reward for the purchase of your replacement home. So you can receive up to $10,000 per transaction. WHAT MUST I DO TO RECEIVE A CASH REWARD? The Cash Reward must be validly registered and redeemed in order to be approved for payment. To benefit from the program, you MUST follow specific directions to Register your certificate and you MUST retain all necessary items/documents (do not destroy or lose them- they cannot be replaced).
